In 2015, my grandfather was admitted to Sahara Hospital located in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow due to stomach infection.When we reached inside the hospital, the hospital was quite beautiful. The hospital had ICU and operation theatre. There was also a beautiful garden in the hospital. The infrastructure of the hospital was very good.
But my experience in this hospital has been very bad. The behavior of the doctors and nurses here is very bad towards the patients. Grandfather was having severe stomach pain but no doctor came to treat him for 1 hour. The doctors here do not talk to the patients properly. Doctors do not give any correct information about the patient’s condition to his family. Most of the doctors in this hospital are inexperienced. It seems that he does not understand the disease properly. The patient’s condition continues to worse.
I think the nursing staff here is less in proportion to the patient. No matter how much trouble the patient has, the nursing staff arrives very late. The nursing staff here talks abusively to the patient and their families. The staff here does not have the manners to talk. According to me, you must think once before getting treatment in this hospital. Your patient’s life may be in danger.
