They are highly unprofessional bunch of thieves and crooks. They will come to ur house and talk very sweet and will give a competitive quote and when you decide to go with them u r screwed and agony and pain begins.
In my case they said they will come at 9:00 AM but an evening before they called and said they can only come by afternoon, if U want u can go with them of call someone else, so left with no option I agreed for afternoon where in they said they will send additional people to make up the lost time.
With no surprise as I expected they came by 3 PM with only 3 lazy people. After packing very badly 1/2 of the item in next 2-3 hours I get a call from an idiot, moron highly unprofessional manager talking in a very rowdy tone asking to pay 2K extra since their truck cannot come beside the apartment lift and if I don’t agree they will unpack/leave/throw the items as it is and come back.
I realized my mistake and asked them to leave immediately and called Agarwal though I paid 2K extra to Agarwal but at least they were little professional in their commitment. They also asked for little extra but still u could talk to them. These morons don’t have any standard and can stoop to the level of abusing if u don’t pay them what u want. Rest is ur decison but from me they are highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
