Not a penny worth of service

Unfortunately I didn’t review mouthshut before deciding on relocation vendor. To start with the truck reached late by an hour and happened to be the oldest truck in crumbling state with one of front tyre bursted.  The items were dumped on top of another saying that box packing would only be done for long distance. When it came to unloading it was even more worse the items were strewn all around the new house and left to us to mend with.

The guys were not prepared to deal with heavy items like almera in case the stairs restricted. in the midst of this the day grew darker and driver used the opportunity to squeeze in lot of items between empty craters including printers, dumbell, etc. The takeaway lesson to me to make sure I check the truck after emptying.

When I finally realized the missing items I had settled the account. The guy named Jitesh made empty promises to restore the stolen items from driver, sacking him, etc and later asked me to file a police complaint against the driver just to evade his responsibility. Why would I have to deal with the driver when the co. has taken the responsibility. There was no way I could trace the items. unless I go the legal way.

what was more painful was pathetic response I used to get from Jitesh(head of bangalore unit). I had to try repeated calls and different numbers to get a chance to talk. I would have been better if I had hired a truck and local guys than these unprofessional bruts. they are not worth a penny.
