I had a similar experience with Sahara Packers :-The profile of their staff are:-
1.) Manoj Jain - Expert of goofing up in quotations and giving false promises. Will suddenly stop picking up calls when complying to the promises begin. Smooth talker, can do any fraud
2.) Jitesh Modi - Master of Threatening Calls. I believe he owns the company. Seems to be lacking mannerism
3.) Operational Staff - Are highly understaffed, will blame their sales staff. Will fall short of the packing materials every 2 hours.
4.) Logistics Staff - Believe in changing Trucks at least 4 times. Will dump the consignments like crap. Have to be bribed to get more labourers
5.) packers and unpackers - bring old cartons, will fall short of packing materials, one labourer will handle the entire houshold packing
6.) Accounts / Finance - They will insist on 100 % payment, will forget you after getting payment, will try not to accept through cheque (I had a challenge in finally pursuing them to accept in cheque)
My advice is never engage this company unless you have a passion for getting troubles
