Please my suggestion to you all. Never ever use Sahara Packers services they are Cheats!, Insensitive and provides lowest level of service. Even they quote half the market price, please do not go with them. You will get big headache, your stuff broken and may be stolen as well.
I transferred my household stuff on 04/04/2014 from Bangalore to Jaipur and Mr. Jitesh was POC who contacted us at home a promised out of the world service.
Things were delivered on 09/04/2014 and on 10/04/2014 (please mind it, in two days).
Stuff was brought in Bolero car dumped like garbage and seeing the status I could guess the status and I complained straight forward.
They only bought 35 items out of 46 on 09/04/2014 since all was dumped in CAR so they mentioned not possible to bring all items at one time.
Dining table and all the chairs were broken as I expected. So I complained and Mr. Sandeep Chaudhary took the call.
During entire conversation he claimed to resolve all issues of mine through insurance and he accepted that there was accident of truck near Ajmer.
Next day they took money in advance and then only were ready to me deliver remaining stuff. Mr. Balraj took money and left immediately and later I was told that Dinning table glass top is not possible to deliver since it has gone ahead. I called Sandeep again and he promised it to be delivered in two days’ time.
Since then I kept calling all helpline no. Mr. Jitesh and Sandeep Chaudhary(at least over 200 attempts) either they do not accept the call or they cut the phone abruptly.
Meanwhile I was also calling Bangalore office-no. There was no concern but one final day I was given another no (9379961333) Mr. Shukla. He promised me to deliver glass top in couple of days. Post 2 days over when I called him he abruptly drops my call. I called again and he abused me.
On 25th I received my glass-top back but all stuff is broken they are not even ready to tell me insurance claim copy. I am sure they have never done insurance and have cheated me on this front.
In short very very bad people with no business ethics. Never ever try them. If you still then…
