These guys are exorbitantly expensive, do a shoddy packing job, quote a price on the phone and actual price is totally over the roof. I was almost ripped off of 18 grand (from blore to Chennai) I could have moved the stuff by flight and it wouldn’t be so much. The owners are rude and nasty, I got into an argument, they locked up and refused to give my stuff back.
I called the cops and then they tried to negotiate on a settlement amount. I got some of my money back by post dated cheque from them. They still took about 3 to4 k for the shoddy packing.
