I recently moved stuff from Bangalore to another city in India. I opted for Sahara after they came in and gave me a reasonable quote and sounded really professional. Unfortunately, a week after waiting for my delivery to be complete(should have taken 2 days) I realised just how awful it was to deal with these guys. They pretty much held me to ransom because they had my stuff and added on a ton of hidden charges and were EXTREMELY unhelpful and rude when I called them. All the research I had done and quotes I had taken basically amounted to nothing because I had to pay up to these crooks on top of listening to their foul language. This much anxiety and irritation is not worth the price difference with the reputed professional outfits.
These guys are basically taking advantage of the fact that people move so rarely, so after they mislead you with their quote they can treat you any way they like - please do avoid them.
