Last week I want to attent a 5 day seminar in Mumbai near Santacruz. I have convayed the organisers to book a good hotel with in a range of Rs. 3000 per day. They have booked the hotel Sahara Star.( Though the regular rent of this hotel is Rs. 10000/- the discount is given for the seminar) This not other than hotel Centaur taken by Sahara parivar and rename it as Sahara Star.
The hotel was surprisingly excellent. Room was well decoreted & has a advance ambient control facility in your fingure tip. All the aminities in the room were excellent. The service was also quick.
The food is very good.
Though the work of swimimg pool & gim is in progress, the business visitors like us hardly get time to use these.
The hotel is in complete citcular shape, garden & swiming pool at the center. All the room are facing inwards.
Only one thing I don’t like, if you get room nos like 330, 430, 530 and above then you have to walk atleast 500m horizontally from the lift. I will suggest to the hotel management that they should consider the horizontal moving arrangement.
The location of hotel is ideal, exactly in front of Domestic air port. All rooms are soundproof.
I will strongly recommend this to all business travellers.
