I have purchased Cygnus alpha Scooty from Sahil Auto Yamaha Boisar. The staff is not at all co-operative.The work they do is almost kept pending all the time. Everytime we have to wake up them from their sleep. The loan sanctioning process is also very slow and mainly they provide it is for long term duration.The servicing process is also very time consuming and very lethargic as only one mechanic is available at the center.The registration papers are submitted late to the RTO’s again which is time consuming to register the vehicle also. The staff courtesy is not seen at all.Very lazy people .No work on time at all.Really very disappointing on the customers part.
Please do not buy any spare part or even a vehicle from this showroom in BOISAR.
