I have purchased a New Blackberry Z10 One Month Back from Sahivalue.com & started headache.
I can receive work email, BBM & Other services but couldn’t send mails till date. I asked help for sahivalue.com people as well as Blackberry & Airtel Blackberry.
But again I wasted my time. I personally managed to visit SAHIVALUE.COM’s office at bandra & shocking is they don’t have office n all. they have one congested godown type space & if you went they will not entertain you in office. they will visit you at out of office.
I asked again to exchange my device but they asked me for extra 8 k to I have got very horrible experience after spending almost 36, 000/-
