WORST BUY .MORAL ASKED FOR QC APPROVED PHONES

I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with Sahivalue -bandra store this sep 2020.


I am taking all the pain to type about this incident because I don’t want anyone else to go through such mental trouble and inconvenience which my friend and I had to go through.


Please take your time to read so next time you buy from sahivalue you know what all to check before buying


The purchase was for my friend who bought note pro 7 warranty was over. The mobile battery was only 2 percent when the store representative showed us the piece.


We were assured that the mobile is in excellent condition not a single problem will come across these were his exact words Mr Mobenn to be more specific.


We took the mobile for a fixed price 12000 evening 7.30pm we left and at home he kept it for charging the phone never went beyond 10% we addressed this issue to moben and he asked to bring the mobile for checking.


When we bought the mobile at 6pm the next day after our office hours. We were surprised with Mr moben reaction. The first thing which came from his mouth is why did we take it to service center .I mentioned to him its out of warrant and the issue is with the battery which was there before the purchase as well which they didn’t Qc properly and kept for display.


He took the mobile and used a different charger still the charge was not going beyond 10% he understood there is a problem . Then he gave the mobile to his office members after 30min they gave the mobile back and said the issue is with Charger. They used the charger of another mobile A3 and its charging beyond 10%. I was not convinced so I told him to check the mobile becoz the interchanging of charger and cable was done earlier itself. There is a major problem in the mobile battery .


He agreed with my observation and assured us that he will use the Cell phone personally and update us on the issue


He also stated that if he finds any issue he will give us full refund either by google pay or bank transfer and if no issue then he will courier it to my friends house.


We left the phone with him along with a box and charger. My friend called him at 10 pm and mr moben told him it was only 30% charged. This was clear to moben and us that the phone has a battery issue without doubt.


My friend told him to transfer the money to google pay and he said yes.


The next day we called him at 11am to understand why it was taking so much time to make a google transfer.


Mr.Mobeen said he can’t make a google transfer he can only do bank transfer.


We called him and informed him about the details sent to him. He said he will do it in some time which he never did .


The next day I called sahivalue 9323223456 in the morning to understand why he was delaying.


I insisted on speaking to the boss to the operator and she replied he will call in 10min which he never did.


I called after an hour and Mr .mobeen spoke to me with new advice and a story saying his boss is saying to buy another phone they can’t refund as it is against their policy.


I had an argument with him on a baseles request from the boss .


Then after a 15min argument he said I will confirm to you if cash or bank transfer. I told him it’s difficult to travel again for a refund so kindly to the bank transfer but he said he can’t do bank only cash and at 3 pm he will confirm.


At 3.30pm I called him asking about it and he said give him 2 min he just working on it.


I called him at 4.30 and he again told me he is talking to his boss about it .


He never called back like always


I called him at 7.30 pm and he said he had a very rude tone .He said come and take your money in cash and dont call on this subject go forward. I told him if he could have informed us earlier we could have thought of coming today itself and he replied that he got the information the moment I called .ALL BULSHIt.


The next day my friend after office took a rickshaw and travelled to Bandra from Andheri midc for the money . He received the money on 20th September from Banfra Office sahivalue.


Moral of the Story.


If you convince yourself to buy from Sahivalue.
