No updates, nothing.

I purchased a product on saholic.com on June 17th, 2012. The expected delivery date assigned to my product was 22nd June, 2012. I called saholic on 20th June to inquire about my order shipment and all they said was "wait till 22nd. your order will surely reach you by then."


I decided to wait. I called on 21st again to ask how if the product is not even shipped will they deliver it ?


Again they replied with the stereotype answer "wait till 22nd. It will be definitely be delivered by then."


In the evening, on 21st June, I received a mail stating the expected date of delivery has now shifted to 23rd June. I immediately called CS and they told me "wait till 23rd June. item will definitely be delivered by then." I was confused as to how they can change so easily their statements. I called again and someone told me my order will definitely ship today (i.e 22nd June) but still no confirmation. I applied for cancellation, still no response.


This is no way a customer support team should work ! Saholic is not providing correct information to their customers. This is not done.
