I have ordered a Micromax Canvass phone on 29th May 13(Order Id 444073). I was promised to get my shipment on 31st May 13. But till today I have not received the shipment.
I have called their customer care. They are telling that the item is with Bluedart and they can’t say when it would be delivered. Then why does Saholic promises for delivering within 02 business days making fool of us.
I have written about the same in Saholic’s Facebook page. But, my post were deleted by Saholic. I am even blocked 2 write any comment on their FB page.
Is this the kind of customer support SAHOLIC is giving?
Its really very bad.
