After a long battle with my dad, somehow I convinced him in going for online shopping.
After a long online review, I finally selected Saholic and placed an order for Spice M 9000 mobile.
Order ID is 105403.
I placed order on 11th April and the delivery date promised is 14th April even thought a add banner has promised as 1 DAY delivery.
Actually here I want to point a fact that, Saholic has managed to ship the parcel by 14th morning and the shipment was in Chennai by Noon. But the courier service provider... all famous Blue Dart didnt even informed that they could not deliver the parcel as my office premises is closed. I had telephoned them a dozen times and they coolly say "sir we deliver you on Monday"
Today is Monday... still I have not received the parcel and only when I myself called and asked those guys they are telling me "sir tom we will deliver".
Saholic can easy say it is not their problem, only courier service provider problem. Even some of the customtakeouter who are reading this review may also feel the same. But my feeling is different.
I as a customtakeouter never choosed "Blue Dart" . I have just requested the Saholic.com to ship me a mobile phone.
It is the " http://www.saholic.com" s responsibility / liability to ship the product in-time.
Also I wanna mention one important point here. Saholic has a wonderful automatic email replying system.... Yes... If you raise a concern through their customtakeouter support page, you will instantly get a reply email as follows.... what ever query you raise, you will get a templated reply.

We would have written a big story explaining our concerns... but all we get is this reply....
Blue Darts customtakeouter care is far more insane than this Saholic guys.....
Some Points to Saholic
1) First try to read the customtakeouter mail fully and try to respond it carefully.
2) Donot push the blame to courier guys for late delivery... I am your customtakeouter and I have personally choosed saholic com. I dont have any necessity to go and shout to the Blue Dart guys.
3) Be accountable for the customtakeouters. Only then we will come back again to you.
4) You can easily think, if I am unsatisfied... let it be... just one customtakeouter... but I think you are not aware of something known is "Chain - reaction". It just starts with a single entity.
5) Before selecting a courier service provider as your partner, ensure whether they will be able to meet the target date set by you... https://saholic.com only promises the delivery date... not the Blue Dart. So only you guys are responsible.
6) If you run a online shopping site, then you should make your own transport arrangements. Even if you depend on some courier service provider, it is all your headache...
Why I have to waste my time with stupid courier people like Blue-Dart???
Only for saving my time, I prefer online shopping... If this takes me hell a lot of time by making phone calls to idiotic courier people and to read your stupid templated emails then I would have spent that time to goto richie street in chennai and would have bought it in much cheaper rate........

Still I have not received the parcel. I will come back here to edit this post... IF AT ALL I GOT THIS WONDERFUL PARCEL FROM WONDER COURIER COMPANY CALLED BLUE DART... MUST CHANGE THE NAME FROM BLUE DART TO BLACK DART...

Guys!! Finally I received the parcel from Blue Dart yest 16th April 2012 ~ 3:30 PM.
You know how that happened ??? ALl you need to do is to escalate the issue to their mumbai head office and they will come in your way!!!
The parcel is nicely packed and bubble rapped. Even I got the 4GB memory card as prommised in their site.
And.. about the mobile m 9000 Wow.... TO my surprise they have charged the batery ~ 40 % so that I could test all the features of the phone nicely... I watched my fav tamil movie yesterday night along with my parents in terrace with my speakers.... wow awesome exp....
Its really a worth buy from saholic...
Earlier today I got a call from spice marketing team and they apologized for the headache I had for 2 days.
I once again say.... the problem was from their courier partners and what I emphasis here is that saholic has to take the responsibility here as I am their customtakeouter. For which they reacted well and I am pleased with their service.
I recommend the buyers to shop in saholic but be warned about the courier guys and always keep saholic guys in loop so that they will speed your delivery if in case any delay.
One last point to saholic...
Time has come for saholic to have their own means of parcel shipment to increase their customtakeouter satisfaction ratio.....
