UPDATE: My friends issue has been resolved. Theyve agreed to process the refund, so Im updating this review.
The actual story I heard from one of my friend that he received a second hand product from this company with no proper bill. He only got dispatch advice but no bill. Also the product had lots of defects and mobile shuts down automatically at times and box seal was already opened.
They agreed to send a refund but only with some slip from Samsung service center and Samsung is not giving that because its more than 3 days. It arrived after 3 days so he is trapped.
