[Update] Issues resolved

I request Mouthshut to delete my review as I had positive confirmation from this company to resolve my issue. They promised me to refund the money today, and close the case. It seems the delay was due to technical problem or due to lack of communication. The background: My issue was with a mobile phone which I ordered and since I found it defective, I asked for refund.


But to get refund they asked me to get the DOA number from Samdung service center, but samsung service center gives DOA number only within 3 days of bill date. Since this was an transaction online and since it would take time for delivery, this was not possible.


When I told Samsung service center about this via phone, one of them helped me get the DOA somehow and I sent it back to Saholic, and it took some time for them to reach Samsung and get a solution.


I hope I’ll receive my refund today, and I request Faisal’s team to remove this review.


Faisal and his team are doing a tremendously great job with Mouthshut. I appreciate it.
