It was on 3 rd of May 2012 I had placed order with saholic for sony ericson xperia neo(Order No:122029) Its with extreme disappointment that I am writing this review .Its been an harrowing experience dealing with Saholic, with one of the worst ever customer service I have ever experienced in my life.Its been eleven days since I have placed the order.Last 8 days has given me sleepless night .The product was supposed to be delivered on 5 th of May as promised in their order .
The product was sent through Blue dart AWB No.43861294481 which I have not received till date.Both blue dart and saholic doesnt seems to be interested in delivering the product atleast after so many days for which I have paid my hard earned money.
I booked product through this site believing that since they have mentioned in their site that its a spice group venture, they can be trusted and must be having some sort of customer service.
I have been contacting their customer service on daily basis ever sice 7 th May 2012 but the only thing I could hear from their customer service executive is that the problem has been escalated to their seniors and the same will be sorted out till evening.I have already lost more than Rs. 300 just calling their customer support executives who is least interested in finding solution for the delay/non delivery of product.
Only good thing is that I have received an email that they will be shipping the product again from their end which they have not done till date I am writing this review.
I will never ever recommend anybody to buy product through saholic.
Well guys will keep you updated on the same once I receive any further communication or product from them.
