I wanted gift a phone to my brother for his birthday on 23rd July and I ordered a phone on 19th July.
Delivery date was showing as 21July but on website 21st it was changed to 23rd July.
Again on 23rd date is changed to 25th and again today (25th July order date has been changed to 28th July 2012).
I have called customer care 3 times and every time they say low inventory. Also I have sent an email on 23rd asking regarding shipment of my phone. They replied it will be delivered on 25th but again they have not shipped it. What type of business are they are doing, they dont know to maintain a simple inventory??
Why did they accept my order if there is no stock.
I tried to contact them on Facebook page but immediately my post was removed and I was blocked... Ridiculous. I just spoke to my legal friend and he says I can go for consumer court.
Any thoughts would be help full
