One of the most annoying part is the farce delivery commitment. Before you make the payment they will keep displaying 3days or x days depending upon pin code but once you have paid and receive order confirmation, delivery time is extended by two days.
They dont have a return policy or for that matter replacement policy, better is to go cash on delivery and keep the courier guy waiting until you have tested the product thoroughly. If you have not done that and if you find that the product is DOA(dead on arrival) the only way to get that replaced is to get a certificate from the authorized service center that the product delivered to you was indeed DOA.
In a competitive mobile retailing market this is not really what would satisfy me, the cost of an average smartphone is above 10 - 15K, just can not let these forwarding agents(retailers who dont take responsibility of the product they are selling) take my hard earned money for a ride.
Would rather pay couple of hundred more to order from a reputed site with return and replacement guarantee or may be another hundred more to buy from a local shop with all the right commitments
