I visited Sahyadri Hospital Kothrud, Pune Centre on 15th July 2014 at 7:30 PM to inquire about the availability of General Physician with MBBS/MD degree so that I can bring my mother(suffering from fever and body pain) for check-up. I stressed on MBBS/MD multiple times and the two gentlemen(I don’t know their names) sitting at the reception told me that General Physician with MBBS degree is available for the check-up.
I again visited Sahyadri Hospital Kothrud, Pune Centre on 15th July 2014 at 7:50 PM to get my mother checked at the hospital. The two gentlemen sitting at the reception asked me to take my mother to OPD at the ground floor for check-up. When I took my mother to OPD I saw a lady(looking like a nurse) sitting there. I came back to reception and asked the two gentlemen again whether the lady sitting in the OPD is an MBBS doctor or not. The two gentlemen again told me that SHE IS AN MBBS doctor. I repeated my question 4 times and they replied the same. I went back to the OPD and asked the lady whether she is an MBBS? As I was suspecting she told me SHE IS NOT AN MBBS DOCTOR. Immediately I took my mother out of the hospital without check-up.
I HAVE A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE TWO GENTLEMEN SITTING AT THE RECEPTION WHO REPEATEDLY LIED TO ME. TODAY I WAS SAVED FROM A FALSE CHECK-UP BUT MANY PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY UNDERGONE/WOULD UNDER-GO IT IF THEY DON’T INQUIRE PROPERLY.
