My experience with Sai Furniture arts, Timber Market, Kirti Nagar, Delhi has been very bad. I had ordered a sofa from them in Bangalore exhibition. I paid an advance and sofa was delivered. Sofa lega were broken, paint was off and cloth as come loose as all the stitching had come out. I reported the same to them and they promised to repair it very soon.
Then the nightmare started. We had to make numerous calls and their person never arrived. After a lot of fight, they send one of their persons (Mr Khan) to have a look. Person visited and promised to have it repaired soon.
That soon has not yet arrived and its been close to a month now. We have paid a good amount for a broken sofa. I’ve spoken to their owner and male person at front desk several times (011-414469**), but all I’ve gotten from them is false promises.
There seems to be no commitment to customer after delivery. I am going to send them a legal notice and drag them to consumer court for harassment. Buyers should be cautious before buying from them.
