I booked Sai Cargo Packers and Movers from Nobroker portal. And I can assure you that it was a blunder, simply said the Packers are absolutely stupid or they don’t know what they are doing, they don’t know know what to pack. They just dump things together in a box and call it packing. For Example: They Put Lizol and Harpic in the same container where the kitchen grocery items were packed. I ended up throwing away all my Peanut butter, Oil, Honey and all those kitchen groceries which they packed together with the Lizol and Harpic due to the weird color and smell infused in them after staying together too long. You would generally expect some sort of professional behaviour from a vendor, but here they feel like they control everything. I had asked them to deliver the goods by Saturday, and they ended up delivering the goods on Monday 12:30 am at night. First, they said something about some Vehicle issue and postponed it from Saturday to Sunday Morning 10 am, then Afternoon to evening 6 pm then night at 9 pm and then ended up delivering at midnight. They didn’t even know that Hyderabad had No Entry for Big Vehicles during Day, this is their height of inexperience. And the worst part is I had to literally beg them to call me back, they royally kept ignoring all my calls for the entire duration and only called back after many escalations with Nobroker. Even for getting the Final Invoice Bill, I had to call them and beg to release the bill. There is a limit to which a person can endure, and these people certainly know how to toy with it. My advice is to go to some other reputed Packers and Movers like Agarwal’s, because even if they charge more, it’s fine because you wouldn’t end up losing more in the end.
