I’ve eaten Kulfi Faluda at many places in Mumbai like Kailash Parbat, Guru Kripa, etc. but no one can beat the Sai Sagar Ice cream and Faluda Center in Chembur.
Its an Ice cream and Faluda Parlor located in the famous Chembur Camp area just opposite Jhama Sweets. What would surprise you when you got there is adjacent to this center, there are two more Faluda center’s named as Sukh Sagar and Rassily Ice-cream Parlor. But, all the crowds come to Sai Sagar only.
Sai Sagar faluda center is just a small little shop where around 5 people can sit inside. But, they have kept chairs outside where you can sit and eat.
The Kulfi Faluda price starts from Rs. 50/- for a small cup and then the price goes on increasing upto Rs. 100/- for the Royal Faluda. The Kulfi along with the Rabri, Faluda and rose syrup is just mouthwatering. In the high priced varieties, you can find them putting grated almonds too.
You can try out their Rabri too. Its actually expensive considering the quantity but too tasty.
The only problem that you would face is parking, especially in the late evenings and that too on Sunday’s since its a congested area.
There is yet another problem that I face whenever I visit here is that there is no queue. First you have to pay and then with the receipt you get the faluda, But, the crowd is so much that even if you pay and get the receipt, a person after you might get his faluda first.
You also have the option of taking you Kulfi Faluda parcel at home. They give it to you packed in a plastic glass sealed with aluminium foil.

This place is a must visit for all Falooda Lovers.
