I renewed my vehicle insurance thru sai service insurance department. Initially they were nice and showing all commitment. Later after I paid they changed colors.
I asked them to send me the policy by courier, but they used Rs 5 postal service to save money.
It’s more than a month gone but I have not received my policy. Now they do not respond to calls or any other correspondence.
What kind of commitment is this when they charge Rs 5000 for policy they can’t use courier service to send the policy document
They deserve -5 out of 5. Since lowest is 1, I am choosing rating of 1.
