Salesman Vishal Sharma for Sai Service Phugewadi approached me to sell maruti car at my place and to collect documents and token cheque. After coming he forced me to upsell insurance and extended warranty. As per maruti guidelines, its not compulsory for a customer to buy extended warranty and customer can purchase insurance from any where. So when I said that I will purchase zero dean p insurance myself, he declined the same and he said that Sai Service does not have the policy to sell any vehicle if insurance is not taken from Sai Service only.
Sai Service should be aware that there are many car dealers in the city who sell cars, so Sai Service Lost one sale.
