I purchased my versa dx from these guys. It was a nightmare. I was approached by two of their sales person, Mahesh & xxx. He gave me all the details and the rates etc but each time he ran into some difficulties he made sure he passed on the tension to me unnecessarily. The night before the delivery of the car he calls me at my place of work and says, I can’t give you at that rate their is some miscalculation. This took away my sleep for the night. By morning I had to go to the showroom and things fell in place, the miscalculation was totally on his part and it was a very stupid mistake of his for which I lost my night’s sleep. Next day I went to take delivery of the car, they promised to give it by 1300. I told them I was not in a hurry, they insisted they will keep their commitment. I sat at the showroom for 4 hours without any kind of hospitality, then they said that my car was getting ready and washed etc etc, finally at 4 pm the car was parked infront of the showroom. I started my inspection and asked for some help to find out the gadgets which were new to me. I found not a single guy there could explain any of my faqs. None had any product knowledge whatsoever. The attendent there got a coconut and a mala and finished the inaugaration. I was about to drive it out but I remembered something and got down to check the engine and chasis no. I found it was the wrong car, as my invoice had some other number. Jokes aside, these guys started running helter skelter and finally their boss Mr Bhatt assured me that I will get my car by another 2 hours. Mr Bhatt is quite a senior man was true to his words, but I noticed that nobody listens to what he says at the centre. I went back home and came back after 2 hours and finally got the car. Thanked Mr. Bhatt and left. The only guy who had any idea about the product he was selling was a young guy called Sanjay Gurung. The guy was very helpful and till date he acts very fast on any complaints that I have. The accessories department is a big joke, a guy called Santosh sits there. Every part you ask about is either fake or real bad quality. They never show you a MGA accessory. Its almost as if they are not interested in making any sales. I have bought all my parts like rubber matting, side step, filming, luggage carrier and mp3 player with speakers. I tried but could not get these guys to sell me any accessories. I am sure Maruti is aware of their accessories dept but whether they take any action is totally upto them. I keep sending them mail but I get a auto generated reply that somebody will get in touch with me. However I am really happy with my car thanks to Maruti Versa. I have purchased all my accessories from Bhandari Auto at JM road Pune.
