Despite a advance payment being made. No follow up on the service. The mechanics are rude and don’t answer direct questions. (This is especially true if you are a woman)
They tell me that there is a suspension issue but my car was running fine before I gave it to them.
The mechanics insist that they have no idea how it happened and want me to pay for a new service to get it checked.
