Sai Service car mechanics are highly under qualified and are only looking at means of fleecing the customers. I recently sent my car to their lower Parel service station for servicing and minor issues. It has come back with more problems. The car had been giving some trouble starting in the mornings on some days and we told their people jhanvi, manish and Anil saturate the problem.
They sent the car back claiming to have resolved all issues. However, the car problem persisted. We have sent the car back to them 3 times since and now their so called car expert says I can, t identify the problem as it does not happen when it is at the service station. Something like a doctor telling their patient I don, t think you have food poisoning as you are not vomitting in my clinic!!! Their so called customer service head - jhanvi promised me once again that she will ensure the problem is resolved and will send the car back latest by 4 pm. When I call my driver at 5 pm, they still have the car and are not handing it over to him as they have decided that they will keep the car overnight with them so that they could check the problem in the morning!!!!
This after we have told them it happens some days and not every morning. So I guess their next demand would be leave the car with us till the day we face the same problem and only then will we come to know what’s wrong with it!!! On top of that they have no idea on how to talk to a customer. They are cheats and liars of the first order and I do hope consumers can get their due in today’s day and age.
