Customer service = harrassment in india

I have same experience with wasan motors. And my other friends with all major dealers in mumbai. They say delivery 3 days take as long as 1 month.


REASON OF THIS DELAY IS THEY MIGHT BE EARNING INTEREST ON THE PAID AMOUNT LONGER THEY DELAY MORE INTEREST THEY EARN ON PAID AMOUNT. AND COUPLE OF LAKHS IS BIG SUM.SO ALL DEALERS DO THIS TO THERE CUSTOMERS.


CUSTOMER DOES NOT MATTER INTEREST DOES.


They have truck load of excuses. No car in go down truck strike.


Rains rto computerisation, rto strike, rto agent on leave, rto agent relative dead,


They make all kind of excuses after getting check payment.


If u go and make loud noises u will get ur vehicle delivered in 3 days flat.


I personally went to wasan shouted at all the managers got the documents processed after threatning the manager, and picked the car from godown


Without rto number and registration. They told me that rto work is in progress.


But actual process begun after 1 week of delivering the car. When the police impounded the vehicle (no no plates the policeman was very cooperative and helpful did not accept bribe) I demanded the orignal certificate of registration from wasan. After this they sent papers for rto got them after 3 days of shouting to wasan managers PERSONALY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE PHONE.


You can not expect customer service in India, only harassment, loads of it.


SERVICE AFTER SALES IS ANOTHER STORY IE SPEAKERS RADIO MISSING.


TYRE ROTATION NOT DONE ETC ETC.
