I have booked a swift in the first week of June through Sai Service, Lower Parel, Mumbai. Maruti’s sales office in mumbai keeps telling me that some Neerav Shah is in charge of Sai Service. Till date, I havent been successful in talking to His Majesty .
They said he was ill, then that he was busy in meetings, etc. and also that he is the sole person who can get me out of my misery to know when Ill get the delivery.
They even took down my numbers saying that Mr. Neerav Shah would call me... NO CALL .
When I had booked the car, I was informed that I would be getting delivery sometime in August. that date has been revised to NOVEMBER. Now assuming that I have the patience to wait that long (which I am doing), I should at least get some decent sales support when I ask for it.
I think its time I should speak to some senior person at Maruti, someone whos a little more concerned about consumer support than Mr. Neerav Shah.
Please let me continue keeping the faith and not moving onto another car. Let me justify the 50, 000 advance that I gave u in June for a car that Id be getting in November!! without any interest make-good. Let me spread the good word about Maruti sales staff.
Awaiting a name and a number of someone in authority I could speak to.
