I didn’t worked at SAI Technology. But one of my best friend joined it last year for full-time but soon he had to left it.
They fired him just because of not following dress code. No job security in this company. They can fire you any time without any prior notification. Poor technology low efficient engineers and careless management. They treat their staff as labor working on roadside.
I don’t think this kind of company can give any good growth opportunity.
some days work long hours and that happens 3 to 4 times weekly.
When my friend tried to contact with CEO he refused to take any responsibility.
Very unprofessional behavior.
