I have gone to this hospital as it comes under network hospitals list. For a a small operation and 9 days of stay in Non-AC room, they charged a whopping Rs. 50000 bill. As I had a medical insurance, I am saved. Any common man would have lifted his hands for reaching such money minters.
Apart from that I was also charged close to Rs. 10000 as additional costs which cannot be reimbursed through Insurance Claim. Finally, once we are discharged nobody bothers about the patient. And when I called the doctor to enquire about further treatment and steps to follow, they hardly speak.
Because they got their fees, and there’s no scope for minting more, they shut everything towards the patients. This is the most ridiculous hospital I have ever gone to in my life. Software engineers like me who have good list of Network hospitals, please stay away from this hospital. Even if some other hospital is a bit far than this, go for it than suffer. I heard a similar story about the same hospital from my collegue but still wanted to test by myself. Got a nice lesson.
