This was my first time in this bakery. I went with my friend to this bakery and sweets. Ambience was ok in this bakery and there were very rush . we have to wait a lot to get seat. we were standing but no one noticed. so we were disappoined with their hospitality. How ever we got seat. still no one came to take our order I called a service man their but he didn’t listen. Not I orderd my favourite pastry white forest to the counter. I was waiting to got my order. still same reaction we thought what is happing here no one is giving attaintion. I called service man again and told to give my order he said yes but did not give my order.
I was waiting for 30 minutes. I went again to the counter and asked for my order he told I send your order to your chair. and asked to pay I told that I didn’t get any thing now why should I pay. he was arguing that time service man told that he gave my order to another chair. because of service man fault I face that moment. now he gave my order.
pastry was good and tasty with nice presentation. still I was disappointed with their service.
