This is gonna be a big story.My first and last online shopping..( as I live outside india and I had my cousins wedding)
As I wanted a saree with difference I preferred sakhi as I know them from the time I live in blore and moreover I wanted a cutwork saree..may be its the problem with me as I need perfection and should get what they promise...I spoke with their online representative over phone and via mails with all my doubts...and she explained each every small doubts of mine...and explained their new website feature to view detailing of craftsmanship and promised they give me the same stuff the show in their website....and I shopped saree with blouse stitching...to my surprise when I got my courier it was not exactly the same craftsmanship what they showed in website, then I thought it will be like tat n kept quite...but my blouse was not fitting so as I spoke with the online representative she told she will do corrections as Im visiting blore in short time and she promised me to do in 1-2 days time....and I went to the store on the day of arrival only as I should get as early as possible...she promised to call me the very next day and I didnt get any calls n I couldnt follow up as my 2 yr old was down with fever.
Then I could go to store to collect my blouse on Sunday and Im leaving blore on Tuesday, they told that dont know abt it , asked me visit the next day as their tailoring dept is on holiday tat day....in between they tried calling online representative but she didnt pick her call...then I happen to see same sare on display and just gave glance to that and I was shocked as it is exactly the same as shown in website....I felt like cheated at first but I told store manger tat he saree I have is not exactly this can you exchange me with another , she told me to get and she will look into tat....so next day moring by 11 am we reached the store and showed my saree and I showed the diffrence in craftsmanship..then they asked someone get fresh stuff and online representative got a bagfull of same saree but its all like the one I got not like the store saree, then I asked why is it so different n they were not replying anything, so I thought of taking the store display piece but it was soiled...not looking fresh, so asked another option of taking another saree, but they told blouse cannot be stitched as their master tailor z on leave.
So even I was confused on wat to do as Im leaving the very next day, I got function on tat day..then I asked to refund the money and they told they cannot take a decision...but they can give me the same saree in another 15 days, and I asked what will I do for the next day function, as I bought for tat particular occasion and then they called their CEO and online manger they were not talking to us they were talking only with store people...then by 5 pm evening we lost our patience level even our 2 yr old son, we raised our voice, online manager happen to show his face by 6 pm after we made it a point tat someone responsible has to be spoken....then he was saying some law points n all, I showed him the difference he was speechless and agreed to refund our money by cheque, and again that took 45 min..by 7.15 pm we got our cheque refunded , and made us sign in a receipt saying refunded and the next line was funny and I matured and " attitude" we should never shop either online or from any sakhi store "* now tell me who is the culprit here....look at their attitude, as we shud pay and take whatever they give us and keep quite.
Very bad of you SAKHI fashions....never expected this kind of response from you....you came soo low in your bussiness trust tat we customers have with you....a word of "sorry " was not told....is this what you give back to your customers for trusting your brand ....
