On November 25 I went their and purchases a Diabetic package for myself and as for their condition they told me all the tests and consultations will happen on same day so I gave my blood samples and after that they told me after 2 hour to consult with a Optometrist but when I return at 12 O’ clock they told me wait for sometime but after waiting up to 01:30 also no one come and after a lot of shouting the doctor came at 2 o’ clock after consultation with one doctor I asked about my report and they told sir we will give you the report tomorrow and will arrange consultation with two more doctor one for Diabetic and another one will Medical Nutritionist and when I asked why it can’t happened today they told me actually the test will took 8 hours so I told them in other hospitals they are taking 1 hour for same test and also in your booklet you have mentioned about same day report so they told sir their is some technical glitch and come tomorrow at around 9:30, So I went their on the next day @ sharp 9:20 and the guy in reception gave me the report and told me to go to another reception to meet the doctor and when I reached the second reception they told me the doctor is not their and please wait upto 10 o’ clock and around 10:15 the doctor came I went to his cabin to meet him but he told me to take the receipt from reception but when I asked that in reception they told me it is a package and no need of any receipt so when I told that the doctor he told no I will not consult so after 3-4 up down from doctor to reception finally I lost my temper and after that they gave a 0 amount receipt and after that the doctor consulted so after completing the consultation I returned to the main reception from where I purchased the package and told me to come at 1 o’ clock for another consultation so I again returned to my home and reached medical at 1O’ clock and receptionist told me the doctor is not their please wait for sometime and after lot of arguments and shouting someone from mAnasultangement came arranged with another doctor but by that time it was 4O’ clock so they took full two days from me and gave a lot of frustration to me.
