Google should have a negative rating system to rate this hospital LOWEST ON THE SCALE.
Sakra has the WORST SET OF DOCTORS in the Emergency Department. The hospital nursing staff is not equipped nor trained to handle children. They could not conduct an RT-PCR on a two year old child. The doctor in the emergency department BLUNTLY REFUSED TO COLLECT HIS SAMPLE when the nurse very politely requested him saying they are not trained to collect toddlers’ samples. I am quoting his words, "I don’t know do whatever you want, we will not collect the sample".
IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE TO THE PATIENTS? ESPECIALLY IS THIS THE KIND OF TREATMENT YOU GIVE TO SMALL KIDS. I expect the management team to get back to me on this with an apology for such INHUMAN TREATMENT BY THE DOCTOR TOWARDS A CHILD.
