It’s a hospital formed jointly by India and Japan. The hospital is really very nice with all kind of latest equipment to do testing and surgery. Doctors are very nice and good in behavior and attitude. They are really loyal to tell you the fact about your disease and pros and cons of any kind of major surgery. Best part of the hospital is cleanliness. General word, private rooms everywhere they do maintain very high class cleanliness and sanity. Taking outside food into the hospital is strictly prohibited for the sake of security.
Staff behavior is very very good, starting from the doctor, nurse upto lower level employees do maintain lots of dignity while talking and doing their work. They do facilitate 24X7 in case any of the patient is admitted. In night also they keep on roaming around the room very frequently to look into the issue and concern of the patient.
Only only thing is they charge extra money as compared to the other hospitals in Bangalore and by chance in case you have any medical insurance than it’s well and good for you. The insurance team of the hospital is the only team which I found not very cooperative to the patient and are little careless in handling the matters.
