Sumanth Mantri who was the treating doctor for my family member had no time to brief us on the issue the patient is facing and went on making his own decisions without giving us any appropriate counselling.He kept keeping us waiting for entire day just to give few seconds of his precious time. Seems like president of the country would be less busy than him. Got blood transfusion unadministered? which created severe skin discoloration and patient health detoriated and eventually costed her with her life. We were billed 10+ lakh for this life taking treatment. Feel more agitated than griefed to have chosen such medical treatment for the patient. I am not sure if this is a practice followed by the hospital itself to keep the patient attendants in continuous state to trauma in order to ensure them submitting to whatever they want.
