Don't fall sick while taking Prev. Health Check

The preventive health check coordination is so poorly managed that it looks no better than a refugee camp in the morning. It’s a managed from a small place which is good for keeping nothing more than a water cooler. People group up on the corridor trying to get the attention of the 2-3 people managing the counter who don’t even have proper place to sit. There is no process in place and I wonder how a Japanese Company is managed like this.


The staff managing this are kind of rude in their approach and look inefficient(except one lady who keeps moving around and tries her best to cool down the disappointed patients - kudos to her), but I blame it more on the extremely poor process that is being followed here. Not even a proper Q system is established, forget a proper appointment system.


Their marketing technique is simple. If you call them for appointment, they will say that appointment is full(just to show demand) but they will ask you to try walk in. Infact, I don’t think there is any appointment system. Everyone walks in. They don’t know how many will walk in and unable to handle the chaos especially during weekend.


It’s a pity that a corporate hospital charging a bomb for everything(Charges are atleast 30% more than other hospitals) don’t follow basic processes and makes the patients more sick, mentally, physically!


Avoid if you have any other option. I found Apollo BG road and NH, a far better place for this job.
