Hello Everybody.....
This is regards to the latest flick Salaam e ishq.....
Went with my little sister to watch the film and was expecting something different from this flick. And the film proved to be a real torture of more than 3 hours.
Why I am saying it a torture is on the basis of following reasons.......
6 love stories were not organized in the fashion they should have been....
The scenes were artificial and were lacking the actual taste of a situation.
Itchy acting by all the characters - except anil and juhi....
Unwanted emotions and situations...
The list goes on and on.....
ok the story is of 6 couples from different walks of life and how they meet other and achieve love ...
first one is govinda and he is a taxi driver and waiting for his dream girl..... she comes from foreign for her boyfriend who in turn is looking his bride with his parents in India. So govinda helped her to chase the boy in cities to cities ........ and they both travelled places to places to reach Delhi finally. And why delhi? because boy is getting married in Delhi with ayesha takia. Very long plot..... meanwhile govinda also started loving the girl and the actual nri boy who was in pressure of his parents denied the foreign girl so mr Govinda got the lottery. Must say that govinda has acted very well and the chemistry between the two is good too.
Akshaye Khanna - Ayesha Takia..... I can tell you that Ayesha is one the most talented girls in bollywood today. In this crap movie I liked her acting very much and reverse is the case with Akshaye.. Not at all good acting from him.. Unwanted scenes...same dialogues, stupid emotions. Aksh’s friend always tries to tell him whether he (Aky) will be happy after marriage? there is no life after marriage etc..or you should not take this decision so early......
i want to ask people of our age is it so difficult to get married ? or these filmmakers want us to think like this and make things even more worse. If a boy says that he doesn’t want to get married, I feel that he is not that much matured to take up the responsibility.... I request you all not be part of these nonsense things shown in films....
It has been shown in the film that the boy runs away from the marriage ceremony and every next movie is showing this like in Pyaar ke side effects.... wherein the girl runs from the marriage ceremony...... PLEASE BOLLYWOOD DONT IMPULSE US AND SHOW US WHICH IS NOT OUR CULTURE RATHER POPULAR IN YOUR OWN COMMUNITY.... And finally Aky feels love for ayesha and he arrives in ayesha’s marriage to marry her..... leaving the foreign boy over there.... so any boy or who feels like getting married will be getting married in someone’s else marriage.... Boring.
coming to the point of the next couple and it is Sohail Khan and his bride....a typical punjabi couple and he has done it very well..... a bit of comedy and that is the only thing good in the film....
next is anil kapoor and juhi... Anil is a businessman, a set person and 40 + he thinks that he has lost excitement in his life and tries to find it in an extra marital affair. nothing that special.... but a bit good acting. He realizes his mistake and tries to get juhi back from airport who was travelling to Delhi for ayesha’s marriage. Ok juhi is sister of ayesha.....
next is john and vidya balan... Comparatively ok.. John and vidyaare reporter in a times now. she is a muslim and john is a hindu... and they both get married against their parents will. and kahani mein twist.... Some train accident caused vidya to loose her memory and john too.. So the story is how john tried to get her memory back.... but til the end she didnt it back and started living a happy married life with john...Strange right ? Even I felt it the same way.....
finally the worst couple priyanka and salmaan..(Nothing personal) pri is an actress and wants to make big in films and karan johar is the aim. So a publicity stunt is imbibed and salmaan is brought in to make a romantic fake stunt and get in the eyes of karan johar who may in turn sign priyanka in her next flick. I just didint get the idea of their role. May Nikhil Advani must not have signed a writer for this film since the dialogues were completely missing and thus a very low acting.
It can be simply said that the film was an unmatured effort and may be nikhil will learn his mistakes and improve on them....
todays film are.........
good looking faces but no real beauty...
good locations, superb cameras but no real story...
high emotions high sorrows but no real pain....
big dialouges big scenes but no real words.....
good beats and good sounds but no real music....
good make ups and experts but no real characters......
big films and blockbusters BUT NO GREAT FILMS....
