What is this?
One fine day you dont get any title of the movies so you end up naming your movie Salaam Namaste. What has happened to our movie making waale. I dunno.
I watched this movie yersterday and I thought to take a kasam, like the kasam we take in the Courtroom that I will see this movie only for Saif aur Saif ke Seeva Kuch Nahi Dekhungi.
The movie is sheer nonsense, I mean they show this Preity Zinta pregnant with twins and now she is dancing, running and doing a full time job. How can it be possible. I mean ok maana ki its movie and that too a hindi movie but I mean you can show anything.
So This Salaaam Namaste is from Yash Raj Film and is directed by Sidharth Raj Anand who assisted some KK in HT also. Overall it is that entertainer film but in my opinion nonsense. Only person that is cool in this movie is Saif Ali Khan.
First of all, Yash Raj Chopra thinks he can make cheap situations and sell it by his name and get away with it. Amazinglly whenever Yash Chopra movie show such scenes people just love it as Romantic and kya nahi. I beg to differ. What is this cheapness going on.
1) Priety and Saif in those goonda mawali scenes, kssing and on the bed. Was it necessary to show all that.
2) That Australian prostitute scene and song Salaam Namaste itself, I mean so many Bikini girls removing there clothes and even in US people whisteling by seeing all that.
3) The climax scene is pathetic and cheap. Top of that Abhishek Bachchan looks out of place and too irritating to make it funny.
So now even Yash Raj Chopras can get into showing cheapness into there cinema.
Dress Designing:: Aah My favorite portion of analysis. Honestly Preity’s dresses SUCKED, they were really sidey and had no charm in them at all. Look at her sidey dresses in the gym and on the phone calls and also in the Radio station. Why so LOW NECKS. Pathetic. No matter how feel good you get from such sidey dresses I felt they were cheap and sidey.
Saif was super dude, his cargos chinos, jeans and other pullovers and jackets just made me feel so so so nice. He is a cuty pie. :)))))))
Overall the movie has good songs and I like the My Heart goes Hmm songs especially. Remaining it has some good comedy but last scene was cheap and as my chachi said the whole movie looked a Copy of Nine Months.
So salaam namaste looks same old movie with some sidey marketing gimmick of live in relationship. Go watch it entertain and remaining movie seems sidey.

Comic Actors:: JJ too cool, Arshad Warsi Coolest.
Go watch it, I know you will as we always watch the so called feel good entertaining movies of Yash Chopra but I dont liked this movie at all and I felt bad about the whole movie.
