Sam San staff were very courteous and polite only till the time we made our payment to them. We paid upwards of Rs.25000 for our Aurangabad trip but as soon as the payment was done, they told us that the 5 star hotel promised earlier was no longer available. They promised a comparable hotel, but it turned out to be a third grade hotel without even an AC.
It was so bad that we had move out and look for another hotel on our own. On repeated calls about refund, they answer very rudely that you left the hotel that we booked and it was a very good one. We will not give any refund. The attached photograph shows the kind of room they put us in. This is nothing but planned cheating. Beware of these fraud people. Booking through them has not only proved to be a total loss for us but also spoiled our trip due to the mental agony they made us go through.
