We had traveled through Sam San in the month of December to Delhi, Nanital and Jim Corbett.
Sam san is the worst tour operator.
Charges are heavy but they don’t have any value for customers. Hotels provided by them are cheap hotels although they promise very decent ones. The hotels are changed to very sultry cheap ones at the last moment after arrivals providing unconvincing reasons.
None have decent rooms. No proper vehicles provided. Office staff simply bangs the phone if you complain about their hotels or anything.
They are very rude in talks with customers after you have paid up all the money to them. Surprisingly, till collecting all the money, they are very polite.
Should certainly avoid travelling with Sam San Travels. It is better to go with other tours rather than going through Sam San and be at their mercy.
