We had recently gone to Bangalore Mysore ooty through sam san travels, arrangement made by them was very professional and enjoyable hotels were neat and clean with good food quality, car condition was also good , driver provided was very helpful and experienced, we did not face any problem at any point of time and most important thing was the service provided by staff from sam san travels was very fast and prompt and there was 24 x 7 support from the company on all days.
From the day we sent our inquiry form till the day we came back from the tour the staff of sam san travels was very much alert and cooperative. The package price was also good as I had also taken pricing from some other service providers but while sam san travels was not giving the cheapest price, at the end it was the only agency giving prompt responses and following up on all our queries consistently.
Specifically Smita their staff helped us lot and spent a lot of time working on our trip as we had a lot of changes We had the same feed back from one of our friend for this company so we chose sam san travels as our travel planner and we would always like to take there package in future for any domestic or international tour.
