I had booked through Sam’s travel for Ooty to Bangalore.At last moment they changed our bus from AC sleeper to Seater saying sleeper bus got cancelled. And we saw sleeper bus operating same day. The seater bus that we got to board was not even from Sam’s travel, it was some local kind of bus which wasn’t even having proper working AC.
