I prefer IndianToday.com. Simple layout and design and great source of news. Why go through cumbersome layout of Samachar. I used like Samachar but started using IndianToday.com when I relalized that news are getting updated quickly in IndianToday.com. Also, they do not use lots of ad. It has clean layout which I like most. I can read India, Pakistan, Bollywood news in onc place. Recently, they have added classified section which I hope becomes popular like rest of the site.
It’s the site where I can find links for major Indian Newspapers Sites viz: Times of India, Indian Express, Sify News, The Hindu, Hindustan Times, Rediff USA News, NDTV News and Deccan Herald.
For International news coverage, they have news from all india’s international news as well as others like CNN, BBC, New York Times, Telegraph.
Pros:
1)Comprehensive coverage for Indian news.
2)Simple layout of the site.
3)Major headlines shown clearly under each news paper site.
4)At the top, summery of all the major headlines.
Cons:
1) Need to add more choices to make it more comprehensive (like online job listings)
Overall I just enjoy this site good to see what is going in India.
