Went there with a friend. Normally courteous writers if we go with gora clients and are respect personified showed their true colours when two women went in (unfortunately both Indian according to them I am sure). They just could not be bothered about seeing that we were waited upon and got our orders while they were falling all over the place to serve a gori mem who had got the driver also in for company. Pathetic waiters. Must have been expecting a real huge tip from them. We landed up not just not getting the usual stuff they give in the beginning, but they messed up the order throughout and on being asked only got the feedback form(knew that I was going to give negative feedback) and had the audacity to pick it up , turn back and tear it up!!
Never will I step into this money-minded white skin crazy place again.
I know the ambience and food is good but cant make myself give these guys any credit as cutomer service is that bad . Go at your own risk and moods of these people. Horrible place and hope it shuts down. Part of BJN group? Angeethi and Bamboo Shoots are thousand times better. Management should look at how things are run here.
