Samrat bakers is a big name but in real it have nothing special. I went there to order biscuits and few more things and they took more than an hour to deliver tge item and I took it to home and when we tasted all the items and found that nothing is tasty or nothing is good about its items, biscuits were little salty in place pf sweetness.
food is not good presentation is ok.
ambience is pretty average.
customer service is very poor. they take so much of time to deliver product and you complain about it then their response is very bad.
its not value for money.
