Please be careful while investing at Samskruthi Vedic Village at Gauribidanur. Property papers are suspect, what the developers agree while taking cheque is totally different from what you get.
They say anything at that minute to convince you and act very differently later, as it suits them. There is no value for what they commit to you.
Wasted lot of time and money believing the developer. We paid some advance and there has been no update for 6 months!
When we told we want cancel, they give all sorts of stories and are not returning the money paid. developers are not accepting that they have some issue with clearances.
Very unprofessional and untruthful management. Invest at your risk.hope no one ends up in same situation as us.
