Lavie brand of bags by Samsonite is horrible in terms of quality, usage & customer support. I purchased a bag online and within 2 months the Handle wore off. I first approached online store and then local Koregaon park store but they both denied any service support since they don’t have policy of customer satisfaction.
Isn’t it awful to make a bag worth Rs 3000 that can last only months. Shame on such big brands for their low quality over priced products. I will suggest all to Never ever buy a Lavie bag.
Best part of your corporate governance is that none of your senior management has made public their email or contact info. This clearly show how confident they are about their customer service. I must have followed up not less than 10 times both through email & phone call but always got a very cold & unprofessional response.
As till date I have I have not got my bag back given for repair 3 months back.
